What is wellness?

Wellness is a state of being in good health, especially as an active pursued goal. When your mental, physical, social, financial, spiritual, environmental and vocational areas of your life are all operating and functioning together, cohesively- this is wellness.

What if i have a busy schedule but i need wellness support?

Our A-La-Carte options make it easy for women with a busy schedule to still pursue wellness as a goal. Schedule coaching on your own schedule and leverage our online courses at your own pace. Courses are added monthly.

Why are meal options included in my wellness asseSsment?

Here at the real life co we strongly believe that nutrition is a fundamental way we are able to support our mental health. Quarterly we feature Nutritionist as an added bonus and an alternative way wellness can be achieved.

How can the real life co help me?

the real life co is able to help support our members when wellness is a pursued goal. With online courses, guided lessons and coaching, we teach our members how to reevaluate 7-areas of life. Either weekly or on a monthly basis with 1+1 check-ins, the real life co provides our members with the resources needed to successfully make changes at your own speed and pace. With access to live events, our members are also to see first hand what wellness looks like in others.

What if after i start i find that i’m not ready to make changes?

The one thing about change is that we have to be ready to accept change. It’s not fun to start something only to feel defeated. If you find that the changes necessary to create wellness in your life is more than what you are prepared for, no worries! We can suspend your coaching while allowing you a full month of our online courses. This remaining month offers additional opportunities for you to pursue wellness as a goal at your own pace.

What happens if i miss a scheduled wellness appointment?

Keeping our schedules are important to the real life co because there is normally a wait list for coaching. Although we understand that life happens, missing one meeting is an easy reschedule. Two meetings means we have to reevaluate your coaching and offer our online courses as a practical option. Either way, we will be here to help you pursue wellness as a goal on terms that make sense for you.
