“I love it here! the real life co has changed my life. From the podcast, #realgirl series podcast is what drew me into this amazing community. Kimberly’s soothing voice never failed to put a smile on my face. Her descriptive stories truly resonated in ways I cannot even describe! Hearing the stories of resilient women that have made it definitely motivates me to do my best, but most importantly, reminds me that I an not alone in this journey.”

“I cannot express enough the impact that #realgirls has had on my life in such a short time. Kimberly not only gets me but speaks truth and wisdom. Her words of encouragement are so inspiring that it literally is contagious. I deal with young women and to be able to share this knowledge with them is so refreshing. Thank you again for all you do…”

the realgirl community

Our Realgirl Community is another way the real life co works to provide Mental Health support to women at participating HBCU’s, Colleges and Universities.

Moderated by the real life co, in a group setting, we’ve leveraged our Resource Professionals to support our Realgirl Communities. Our privately licensed professional counselors support our Realgirl Community by providing Mental Health guidance in the areas of isolation, abandonment, loss of a loved one, anxiety and boundaries, just to name a few.

Interested in being supported with a friend group, sign up to create your own Realgirl Community at your HBCU, College or University. Or join an already established Realgirl Community. Applications are completed online.
