Avocado toast

Avocados are the fruit of a small, subtropical tree. They are rich in Vitamins A, some B-complex, C, and E vitamins, and potassium, and because they contain some protein and starch, as well as being a good source of monounsaturated fats, they are considered a complete food.

Ingredients

  • Sourdough Bread

  • 2 Avocados

  • Handful of Chives

  • 1 Radish

  • Dash of lemon juice from a real lemon.

  • Goat Cheess

Cut the avocado in half and cut out all the juicy green part of the center and mix in a bowl and mix until creamy by adding a dash of lemon juice.

Preheat your oven to 400 F. and toast slightly the sourdough bread, about 6-8 minutes. Just warm enough and light brown enough to add a bit of melt to your goat cheese.

Go ahead and spread goat cheese onto your lightly toasted bread and ad a bit of chives (cut up to your desired size) and add the avocado mix on top of the layer of goat cheese.

Thinly slice your radish and add this on top of your goat cheese and avocado layer and enjoy with salt and pepper to taste.
