Self-Love is a Revolution because it speaks of love that’s immeasurable.

Keep letting go of all the things that hurt to hold onto. Let it all fall through your fingers until you are free. You will need these hands to grab onto love, Self-Love, the kind of love that’s meant for you and for me.

Because when we learn to forgive, we lessen our stress, our anxiety and increase our wellness. Simply put, forgiveness supports our Mental Health.

One day though, you will see the light again and what easily attached itself to your wounded self will no longer stick. Because you will have begun to make space for you, all of you. No more empty promises, unhealthy relationships, self-sabotage talk - you will have begun to understand that you too, deserve love deeper than the ocean, why settle for a stream.
