Energizing face mask
Matcha is the main ingredient in this Energizing Face Mask. Matcha is finely ground powder of specially grown and processed green tea leaves traditionally consumed in East Asia.
The Camellia sinensis Tea, native to Southeast Asia, the tea plant is a small, shrub-like, evergreen tree that belongs to the family Theaceae. Its leaves contain the chemicals caffeine and tannin.
Green tea is made from the tips, or shoots, of the shrub Camellia sinensis.
Ingredients
2 tbsp organic instant coffee
1 tbsp or less boiled water
2 tbsp full fat Greek yogurt
1 drizzle raw honey
2-3 tbsp of powdered matcha
2 drops of lavender essential oil
2 drops of rose essential oil
