8-Juice cleanse recipes for the week

Use the below recipes for a cleanse to support areas where you are weak or simply to add to your wellness.
ANEMIA: Beetroot and watercress can be juiced together to support iron deficiency anemia.
GOUT: Apples and cucumbers can be juiced together to support gout.
JAUNDICE: Juicing lemon and carrots together can support this digestive disorder.
INFLAMMATION: Juicing pineapple and cucumbers together with some cinnamon can support inflammation. Or juice, 4 celery stalks, 1/2 cucumber, 1 cup chopped pineapple, 1/2 green apple, 1 cup spinach, 1 lemon, 1 knob of fresh ginger.
DETOX: 1 small seedless watermelon, 1/2 lime, 6 basil leaves.
Ingredients
Day 1 - Sugar Detox: 4 apples, 3 cucumbers, handful of parsley, 2 handful of spinach, 4 stalks of kale, 1 bunch of celery, 1 lemon, 1 inch ginger root.
Day 2 - Colon Cleanse: 5 beets, 1 bunch of celery, 1 cucumber, 1 handful of cilantro, 1 cucumber, 1 inch ginger root, 2 lemons, 10 romaine lettuce leaves, 1 handful spinach, 15 carrots.
Day 3 - Kidney Flush: 6 apples, 5 beets, 1 bunch celery, 1 handful spinach, 1 cucumber, 1 lemon, 2 tomatoes, 15 carrots.
